Notification of change in Director's details  

 

Dr Nigel Wilson who is a senior Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Halfords Group plc, has been appointed as Group Financial Officer and is joining the Board of Legal & General Group plc with effect from 1 September 2009. 

This disclosure is made to comply with LR 9.16.4 R of the Listing Rules.

The Group employs approximately 10,000 staff and sells over 10,000 different product lines, ranging from car parts and cycles through to the latest in-car technology, child seats, roof boxes and outdoor leisure and camping equipment.
