The Company was informed on 24 May 2013 that Dennis Millard purchased 10,000 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 319.6p per share. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by Dennis Millard and his connected parties is 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.03% of voting rights.
