With only a handful of days to go until Christmas, Halfords is here to help shoppers looking to get that all-important Christmas bike, the latest gadget or toy for the little ones. The retailer has extended its store opening hours throughout the period and taken on 400 temporary colleagues to help customers before the big day.

Nobody wants to spend Christmas Day with a spanner in their hands, which is why Halfords will build your bike for free up until 8pm on December the 22nd. If you do want to build yours, you can reserve and collect a boxed bike up until midday on Christmas Eve. And to help those last-minute Christmas shoppers that want to pick up anything else, Halfords has extended its opening hours on Christmas Eve from 9am until 5pm.
