HALFORDS APPOINTS RETAIL AND SERVICES LEADER JESS FRAME AS NEW RETAIL MANAGING DIRECTOR

Halfords is pleased to announce the appointment of Jess Frame as Managing Director of Retail, effective from 21st July 2025. Jess will lead the company’s retail division, overseeing Halfords’ nationwide store estate and omnichannel operations. She will join the Executive Team, reporting directly to CEO Henry Birch.

Jess brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across retail, customer strategy, and consumer services — spanning consultancy, grocery, health and pet care. She joins Halfords from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she currently serves as Managing Partner of the London office and as a core member of their consumer practice. Her earlier career included senior roles at Tesco plc, including Customer Strategy & Investments Director, and Managing Director of NutriCentre. She also served as CEO of The Vet Group, a PE-backed chain of veterinary clinics. 

Commenting on the appointment, Henry Birch, CEO of Halfords, said:
