Halfords appoints Iain Hayes as Operations Director, Commercial Fleet Services

London, UK – 5 May 2026 – Halfords has appointed Iain Hayes as Operations Director within its Commercial Fleet Services (CFS) business, further strengthening its leadership team as it continues to grow its service offering for fleet customers. Iain joined the business on 27 April 2026.

Iain brings more than 20 years’ experience in the mobile service industry, with a strong track record in operational leadership, customer delivery and building high-performing teams. He has held senior roles at DHL, LOXAM, Sofology and most recently Tructyre.

His experience spans leading large-scale mobile operations and driving performance in fast-paced, service-led environments, with a focus on safety, accountability and consistently high-quality customer outcomes.
