In accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2. Halfords Group plc (the "Company") submits its Annual Information Update following the publication of the Company's 2010 financial statements in June 2010. This Annual Information Update refers to information that has been published or made available to the public in the UK.  

  

This Annual Information Update covers the 12-month period up to and including 27
