(the "Company") announces that the Company has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangement with its broker, Merrill Lynch, to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares in the Company for cancellation during the Company's close period commencing on 1 October 2007 and ending on the day prior to the announcement of the Company's results for the six months ended 28 September 2007. This arrangement is in accordance with Chapter 15 of the Listing Rules and the Company's general authority to repurchase shares.
