Halfords Group plc (the "Company") announces that today, Dennis Millard, Chairman, purchased 5,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of £3.9355 per share. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by Dennis Millard and connected parties is 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 0.030% of voting rights.

This notification is provided in accordance with DTR3.1.4R(1).
