Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR

The Company was informed on 24 May 2013 that Andrew Findlay purchased 7,704 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 322.70p per share. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by Andrew Findlay and his connected parties is 12,604 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.006% of voting rights.
