Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR

The Company was informed on 31 May 2012 that Dennis Millard purchased 7,500 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 249.1p per share. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by Dennis Millard and his connected parties is 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.02% of voting rights.
