Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR

The Company was informed on 1 June 2012 that David Adams purchased 6,000 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 239.3p per share. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by David Adams and his connected parties is 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.003% of voting rights.
