Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR

The Company was informed on 31 May 2012 that Andrew Findlay purchased 2,050 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 241.9p per share. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by Andrew Findlay and his connected parties is 4,900 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.002% of voting rights.
