We see this partnership as a real opportunity to directly support enabling greater access to wellbeing services across to whole automotive sector and incorporate best practice into how we support our colleagues.
We also are partnered with Cyclists Fighting Cancer which helps young people living with cancer across the UK regain their physical fitness, improve mental wellness and reduce social isolation. We provide donated bikes collected at selected stores which are refurbished and re-sold at accessible prices to fund the purchase of new and specialist bikes for the children it supports.

ESG in action
Investing in the long-term renewal of the automotive workforce
Our new training academy will enhance our automotive apprenticeship programme which supports around 300 apprentices across England, Scotland and Wales.
The Dunstable centre has been developed to expand high-quality training capacity, particularly for London and the South East, and to strengthen the link between technical learning and practical workplace experience.
As our sector evolves, the role of the technician is becoming ever more skilled and technical, particularly with the growth of electric vehicles, advanced diagnostics and digitally enabled servicing. This shift is helping to create new opportunities for a diverse group of young people to challenge outdated perceptions of careers in the automotive sector.
