Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Halfords Group plc (the "Company") has granted an award of 140,800 shares to Jill McDonald (the "Award") under the Halfords Performance Share Plan 2015 (the "PSP").
Under the terms of the PSP the Award comprises a conditional award of shares which will vest after a three year period after the Remuneration Committee (the "Committee") has assessed the performance conditions which are based on Group EBITDA Growth (75% of the Award) and Group Revenue Growth (25% of the Award) targets. An underpin consisting of a net debt to EBITDA ratio will also be applied.
The Award will be subject to dividend reinvestment, as directed by the Committee.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the above Award and no payment is due on release of any shares.
This notification is provided in accordance with DTR3.1.4R(1).
