Past roles

Karen held marketing and trading roles at Dixons Stores Group and Powerhouse Retail before joining the Halfords Trading team in 2003. Having successfully led the Cycling Category through record growth, Karen became Marketing Director in 2014 and was appointed to the Executive team in 2017 as Chief Customer Officer to align the Digital and Marketing strategies. In 2019, Karen took leadership and executive responsibility for Commercial in addition to the Group Customer role.
