The Company was informed on 24 May 2013 that Matt Davies purchased 10,000 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 319.6p per share. Following this transaction, the number of shares held by Matt Davies and his connected parties is 174,056 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.09% of voting rights.
